Return Policy

At Indo Aryana Book Co., books purchased through our website, and requested for return within 30 days of dispatch are eligible for a full refund, subject to applicable freight and processing charges. To qualify, items must be received, in their original condition, and requested for return manually at our showroom. While customers are generally responsible for return delivery costs, shipping fees will be fully refunded if the return is the result of our error. Please note that we do not offer book replacements or exchanges—all approved returns are processed strictly as refunds issued to the original form of payment once the item has been safely received and processed by our team.

Refund Policy

Books that are purchased online from indo aryana book Co. can be refunded subject to certain conditions. Indo Aryana Book Co. penalizes the customer for the delivery and processing charges incurred upon for the fulfillment of the order. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the Showroom. The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item. This is applicable to the items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition. A request for return has to be submitted within 30 days of dispatch of the items. The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within Seven days of our receiving the returns. Customer can request for returns using the My Account option.
